Double Chabi rice: either basmati or jasmine rice
Eggs
Spices as required: most common ginger, onions, garlic, salt, red and green chillies, oregano

Firstly, clean the rice by washing it in water and soaking it for half an hour. After the rice is dried out, take a pressure cooker. Cover the cooker with 1 to 1.5 cups of water.
Pressure cook the rice for one whistle and turn off the flame.
After the pressure is settled, empty the cooker and put the rice on a plate. Let the rice cool down.
The next step is to prepare the egg mix. Crack the eggs and beat it up with some salt.
Take a wok and heat one tablespoon of oil in it. Scramble the egg mix in this oil and take it out on a plate.
Take a big wok and heat one tablespoon of oil once again. It is time to mix all the veggies and spices. Saute the veggies for a few minutes and add salt and oregano.
